Federal Investment

If you are interested in immigrating to Canada based on a Federal Investment program, call our specialists to set up an appointment to go over your options and to find out when the Federal Investment program resumes. If you are able to invest substantial capital and can meet all the criteria to be considered an Investor, then you are able to apply to this program.

In order to meet the criteria to apply to immigrate as an Investor you must:

• be able to prove you have via pre-approved assessors that you have a personal net worth of $10,000,000.00 CAD
• be willing to take on all risks associated with your capital investment
• your net worth must have been earned via lawful, private sector business or investment activities
• show results of a CIC approved language test to confirm the level of your language skills in speaking, reading, writing and listening, in English or French, according to level 5 of the Canadian Language Benchmark standards
• show documentation indicating you have a degree, diploma or certificate from a Canadian post-secondary education institution or validated foreign equivalency from a minimum 1-year program
• plan to live outside of Quebec

Investor Venture Capital Pilot Program

You may be eligible to apply for permanent residence status in Canada under the Immigrant Investor Venture Capital Pilot Program if you are an international investor with the skills and abilities required to contribute to Canada’s economy and integrate into Canadian society.  This program is currently closed, however, decisions made regarding applications before February 11, 2014, may still apply.
